Who do I contact when I have questions?
The answer to this question may change depending on the situation you need to deal with (see the link for “Contact Us” below). However when you are unsure of who to contact get in touch with your Client Services Associate who has been assigned specifically to assist you.
What are your company’s hours?
Plan sponsors can contact our help desk between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Atlantic Standard time Monday to Friday.
How can I ensure that all my eligibility changes are processed?
If you participate in the MHCSI On-Line Administration Services Program, you can check the status of any employee immediately on-line.
Please note, any changes made on the MHCSI On-Line Administration Services Program are next business day activation
Where do I get forms for my employees?
A variety of forms can be downloaded from this web site (see the link for “Print Forms ” below).
